Can’t receive the SMS verification code when registering?
 The SMS verification system is provided by a third party,  there may be a delay. Please be patient.  If you haven’t received it within 60 seconds, please re-verify.  If you still do not receive the SMS verification code after several operations, please contact the online customer service to deal with it in time.
 
 
 Can I use passpt number  military ID number f real-name authentication?
 
 Not possible.  You can only fill in the 18-digit ID number f mainl Chinese residents. Passpt  other ID numbers are not currently suppted.
 
 
 Can I directly withdraw cash without investment after top-up?
 
 Not possible.  In der to prevent money laundering  malicious arbitrage of company promotion rewards, all recharged funds must be purchased  expired befe applying f withdrawal.
